Toolbar choose Comment > Text Markup, and select the Highlight Text tool, the Strikethrough Text tool, or the Underline Text tool.
Drag from the beginning of the text you want to mark up.
Toolbar choose Comment > Text Markup > Add note to replace text.
Drag from the beginning of the text you want to replace.
Any selected text is crossed out and a pop-up note opens. Type the text to be inserted or added.
Toolbar choose Comment > Text Markup > Strikethrough text.
Drag from the beginning of the text you want to delete.
Select the Sticky Note tool in the Comment toolbar, and click where you want to place the note.
Type text in the pop-up note.
Double-click the note icon.
Update text content if you want
Select the sticky note icon, and press Delete key.
You can use the Text Box command to create a box that contains text content. You can position it anywhere on the page and adjust it to any size. A text box remains visible on the PDF document page; it doesn't close like a sticky note.
Choose the Add text box command from the Comment toolbar.
Drag a rectangle to position text box.
Type the text. Text wraps automatically when it reaches the right edge of the box.
Resize text box. Using the Select tool or the Text Box tool, click an edge of the text box to select it, and then drag a corner to resize it. Use the Properties toolbar to change the border and fill options.
Double-click the text box to edit the text or change the text attributes. Drag across text to select it, and then select options from the Properties toolbar.
To delete the text box, select it, and then press Delete.
Toolbar choose Comment > Drawing. In the Comment toolbar, click Drawing commands and select the drawing markup command
Supported drawings: Draw free form, Draw line, Draw arrow, Draw oval, Draw rectangle, Draw polygon, Draw connected lines.
You can import comments from a Forms Data Format (FDF) file or an XFDF file, which is an XML-based FDF file.
Toolbar choose Comment > Import, click Import data file
In popup dialog, select a .fdf or .xfdf file
Toolbar choose Comment > Export, click Export all comments to data file
In popup dialog, name the file, choose a file type, and specify your file location.
